The Lanoka Volunteer Fire Company provides fire suppression and fire prevention activities to the Lanoka Harbor section of Lacey Twp. as well as Mutual Aid into our neighboring section of Forked River, and other municipalities within Ocean County. In addition, our Company responds to assist EMS, rescues, and other hazardous conditions within the city limits.

NJ MAJOR INCIDENTS

One year ago today. Elmwood Park responded to The Marcal Paper Mill for a reported fire. Crews were faced with extreme temperatures and wind that hindered efforts to control the fire. Which quickly spread to the entire complex. Resulting in a 10+ Alarm response.
